WHAT IS POWER?

  • Level: Intermediate & advanced. Beginners are welcome if you are comfortable with higher-intensity movement.

This is a power-flow / Vinyasa based class designed to build strength and endurance. Variations are available for all levels however the pace of this class is quick and powerful. The focus on breath will perpetuate ease as movement increases and quickens. If you are attending flow classes and feel comfortable at that pace you may be able to attend power yoga classes knowing that they will be more physically challenging and may require you to hold poses longer or flow for greater lengths.
