WHAT IS FLOW?

Our flow/vinyasa classes focus on the fundamentals of movement by using a series of basic yoga postures and making them dynamic, full, flowy and fun. This style will increase breath and body awareness through different movements. This class is great for all levels, especially those wanting to track their progress.
