WHAT IS ADAPTIVE?
Level: All levels.
This class is designed for any BODY, anywhere. We will utilize a chair for our main prop, but if you don't have or want to use one, a floor and a wall close by will suffice. This class incorporates movement for mobility, to release tension from overused muscles and tone those that may benefit from more strength. A perfect break for those working at a desk all day or for anyone who wants a refreshing, supportive practice before the weekend.
