Offered once a month, practitioners will be led through mindfulness meditation in a quiet, peaceful space. Learn to be present, to tune into awareness, and pay attention on purpose. Guests are welcome to come and go as they please, but are asked to cause as little disruption as possible. This meditation hour is donation-based with the goal of bringing mindfulness to our community. Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress, improve focus, improve memory, moderate emotions and improve self-awareness.
