As Lauren was holding her first yoga teacher training she noticed the need for different and more effective methods to serve and accommodate the transformations that each teacher goes through during their yoga teacher training. She decided that it was imperative for her to further her education and become a Yoga Therapist as a way to more effectively support teachers in their journey.
