CLASSES

We have a wide variety of classes in many different styles and interests. Check out our class types below, and visit something that is familiar or brand new to you!

POWER YOGA

  • Sub-categories: Gentle Power, Sculpt Yoga

  • Level: Intermediate & advanced. Beginners are welcome if you are comfortable with higher-intensity movement.

This is a power-flow / Vinyasa based class designed to build strength and endurance. Variations are available for all levels however the pace of this class is quick and powerful. The focus on breath will perpetuate ease as movement increases and quickens. If you are attending flow classes and feel comfortable at that pace you may be able to attend power yoga classes knowing that they will be more physically challenging and may require you to hold poses longer or flow for greater lengths.

FLOW YOGA

  • Sub-categories: Integrative Flow, Morning Yoga Flow, Yin + Yang (half flow & half relax), Tone + Flow (optional weights)

  • Level: Beginner & intermediate. Great for a first-time movement class. 

 

Our flow/vinyasa classes focus on the fundamentals of movement by using a series of basic yoga postures and making them dynamic, full, flowey and fun. This style will increase breath and body awareness through different movements. This class is great for all levels, especially those wanting to track their progress.

GENTLE YOGA

  • Sub-categories: Gentle Yoga for Stress Management, Gentle Power

  • Level: All levels.

 

Come experience how GENTLE YOGA can help you relieve tension, stress, and discomfort and come into a better state of well-being. In this class, you'll be guided through movement, breathing, and meditation specifically designed to bring about the physical, energetic, and mental effects needed to help you unwind and rest. Expect gentle movement, relaxation techniques, and other stress management tools in this all-levels class.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

  • Level: All levels.

 

Restorative yoga is a fantastic way to calm the body and mind. Just 5-6 floor poses will be offered, obtaining comfort in each while focusing on a release of discomfort throughout the body. All levels! Fantastic for beginners!

PRIVATE SESSIONS & YOGA THERAPY

We offer single sessions and packages for Yoga Therapy Sessions and Private Sessions. 

Your session is tailored to your needs and goals. Whether you are looking for an advanced practice, adaptive yoga methods or yoga therapy, we have private, personal, supportive practices to share with you.

AERIAL YOGA

During an aerial class, you will learn about safety, become more comfortable with the yoga hammock and how to improve your flying skills with each visit. We provide aerial hammocks that will be secured to rigs located outside at our studio space. This class will promote building confidence and playfulness within your practice. Our aerial class offerings include gentle, flow, and conditioning. 

 

MOST CLASSES ARE INDOORS, HOWEVER PLEASE DRESS FOR THE WEATHER IF YOU ARE HAVING AN OUTDOOR CLASS WHICH WOULD BE SPECIFIED ON THE SCHEDULE AS SUCH, BRINGING LAYERS AND SOCKS TO STAY WARM AND WATER TO STAY HYDRATED.

MEDITATION + SOUND

Level: All levels.

 

Offered once a month, practitioners will be led through mindfulness meditation in a quiet, peaceful space. Learn to be present, to tune into awareness, and pay attention on purpose. Guests are welcome to come and go as they please, but are asked to cause as little disruption as possible. This meditation hour is donation-based with the goal of bringing mindfulness to our community. Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress, improve focus, improve memory, moderate emotions and improve self-awareness.

BABY + ME & KIDS YOGA CLASSES

We enjoy offering classes for the little ones, especially when the parents get to be involved and bond with their kids. Be sure to arrive early with plenty of time to get your space setup. If you are taking an Aerial class be sure to avoid any zippers on clothing.

PRENATAL YOGA + POSTPARTUM 

Level: All levels.

 

On occasion we offer a prenatal course as a series, however all of our teachers have training to support students pre to post pregnancy. You are welcome to share with your instructor  that you are pregnant with so they will know to offer modifications to keep you safe. It is always recommended to consult with your provider to ensure yoga movements are appropriate for you.
